We have engaged the services of "Just Spanish Properties" - (JSP) having looked after the property for a number of years. They have been established for some time and provide Property Management Services including airport transfers. So there are various options open to you.
Firstly, JSP can meet you at the airport and transfer you to our property for a fee of €60 (Alicante Airport) or €65 (Murcia International Airport). They will then introduce you to the apartment and hand over the keys. When it is time for you to go home they will simply pick you up, collect their cleaning fee of €65, lock up the apartment and transfer you to the airport for the same fee as on arrival. Total airport transfer fees either €100 or €120 return. All fees payable in cash.
Should you be hiring your own car from the airport, or have arranged your own airport transfers, then JSP will arrange to meet you at the apartment with the keys.
We shall provide JSP with all flight information to ensure you have the best start to your stay in Casa Nabucco and can enjoy your holiday
During your stay if you have any problems with the apartment then all you have to do is telephone JSP for advice and help. If you should loose your keys and are locked out, then JSP will come to your rescue 24/7 but there will be a call out charge of €50.

In the apartment there is an information folder which we hope you will find very useful. We do not want to overload you but it may be worthwhile just sitting down and having a look through it on arrival.
